As a vendor I always thought I just needed something to keep the rain away. I wasn't origionally sold on the idea of spending the extra money for a printed tent - I didnt even like my logo that much to have it blown up on a canopy for that matter. The gentleman I spoke with was able to redesign my logo to look better blown up and created a cool design to make the tent pop out and the amount of people that stop in my booth just to talk about how awesome my set is has helped me grow my sales already. When will I receive my tent package?

The Quick Answer 7- 10 Business Days

Typical production time is 2-3 business days from artwork approval. with 5-7 days delivery time anywhere in the US.

Do I have to pay a graphic designer?

Quick Answer: You can but don't have to.

We offer free graphic design help when you order one of our tent packages. We will gather some basic information from you to help us nail the design down and will provide up to 2 revisions to get it just right for you.

Are the tents good quality?

Quick Answer: Absolutely! These tents are manufactured so well they come with a standard lifetime warranty (see below)

lifetime hardware warranty - Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion.

If I'm not satisfied, can I get a refund?

Short answer: These packages are non-refundable

Due to the high cost associated with producing and delivering one of these tent packages, we wouldn't be able to offer any refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us - we will be sure that your artwork is approved by you, and any questions or concerns you may have are addressed before going into production. Once production has started there will not be any refunds allowed.

As soon as your order is placed we have a team working on it in some capacity - so If you decide not to follow through with you purchase after paying for it but its before artwork is finalized, you will be charged a 10% fee to cover the time and effort put into starting your order on our end. So please jump on a call with us, ask questions, do research, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
